Converting Supervisor

Summary: Seeking a Converting Supervisor with experience in the corrugated box or packaging industries to lead manufacturing processes and exceed department goals.

Requirements:

• Experience in paper, corrugated box, or packaging industries (prefer at least 3 years)
• Supervisory or leadership skills (prefer at least 3 years)
• Familiarity with basic computer applications
• High school diploma

Preferred Skills:

• Knowledge of packaging-specific platforms
• Ability to train and mentor employees on converting equipment

Responsibilities:

• Lead department to meet productivity and quality standards
• Maintain a safe and organized work environment
• Manage employee performance and provide feedback
• Assist in new hire orientation and cross-training
• Plan work effectively to minimize downtime and waste
• Communicate with maintenance for efficient equipment operation
• Participate in plant-level meetings and initiatives
• Manage payroll-related items such as timecards and time off requests

Pay Details: $75,000.00 to $85,000.00 per year
