Service Administrator (Admin Assistant)

Summary: Seeking a Service Administrator with experience in the heavy equipment or construction industry to manage service calls, invoicing, and clerical duties.

Requirements:

• High School Diploma
• Minimum of 3 years related administrative experience
• Experience in heavy equipment or construction industry
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office products
• Must pass drug and background check

Preferred Skills:

• Longevity at previous jobs

Responsibilities:

• Handle incoming service phone calls and assist service manager
• Type work orders, invoice completed repairs, and perform reconciliations
• Schedule, coordinate, and log all service calls
• Contact customers and vendors with status updates
• Answer multiple phone calls and respond to messages
• Greet visitors and direct them appropriately

Pay Details: $20.00 to $23.00 per hour
