Summary: Seeking a skilled Shop Crane Technician for inspection, diagnosis, repair, and maintenance of crane equipment with a strong mechanical background.

  • Requirements:

    • High School Diploma or GED

    • Minimum 2 years of experience as a Mechanic/Technician

    • Experience with mobile crane equipment (Grove RT, TMS Cranes; Grove GMK European Cranes; Manitowoc EPIC/Traditional Cranes; National Boom Trucks; Manitex Boom Trucks and Cranes)

    • Valid driver's license with satisfactory driving record preferred

    • Basic computer skills preferred

    • Ability to work overtime and weekends as required

  • Preferred Skills:

    • Manufacture approved training/certifications

  • Responsibilities:

    • Operate and inspect cranes to diagnose defects

    • Examine parts using micrometers and gauges

    • Interpret operating manuals, parts manuals, blueprints, and drawings

    • Test products/equipment post-repair to ensure compliance with OEM specifications

    • Prepare jobs by verifying parts/drawings accuracy

    • Perform independent tasks without supervision

    • Conduct thorough annual inspections

    • Maintain safety standards and regulations compliance

Pay: 48000-54000
