Summary: Seeking a Horticulture Foreman to oversee landscape maintenance and crew management across multiple properties.

Requirements:

  • 4 years of experience in horticulture, agronomy, or turf maintenance
  • Knowledge of trades and landscape design
  • Ability to manage people and work independently
  • Valid applicator's license or willingness to obtain one

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience with irrigation systems
  • Proficiency in herbicide/insecticide applications

Responsibilities:

  • Supervise daily operations of ground care for multiple properties
  • Assign tasks and report job progress to management
  • Install and maintain landscapes including plants, rock, and mulch
  • Perform snow/ice removal at designated locations
  • Frequent travel required with occasional overnight stays


Pay Details: $25.00 to $32.00 per hour
