Summary: Seeking an R&D Manager to lead and innovate in product development within the food/pharma industry.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., Science, Engineering)
  • Experience with animal material, specifically bovine and porcine proteins
  • Minimum of 5 years in a similar role
  • Strong leadership and management skills

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience running pilot projects related to protein breakdown
  • Ability to evaluate and improve processes, equipment, and products
  • Production background within the food/pharma industry

Responsibilities:

  • Lead a team of researchers and scientists for new product development
  • Oversee research projects, analyze results, and provide recommendations
  • Develop and implement research strategies
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams for project execution
  • Stay updated on industry trends and manage the R&D budget
  • Mentor and develop team members


Pay Details: $90,000.00 to $100,000.00 per year
