Responsible for overseeing production line performance, managing resources, resolving process problems, and driving continuous improvement to ensure efficient and safe operations.


Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Management or equivalent experience.
  • 8-10 years of production experience in a manufacturing environment.
  • Experience leading cross-functional teams and implementing team-based initiatives.
  • Strong understanding of world-class manufacturing techniques such as SPC, Six Sigma, Lean Manufacturing, and Kaizen.
  • Demonstrated experience in developing and sustaining operating procedures.
  • Hands-on manufacturing experience with a focus on improving line performance.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience with performance tracking using Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
  • Familiarity with gap analysis and action-oriented improvement plans.
  • Knowledge of health and safety policies and procedures in a manufacturing environment.
  • Ability to promote open communication within production teams to ensure alignment with goals and standards.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Monitor production line performance, including throughput, cycle time, and scrap rates, and take corrective action to address issues.
  • Ensure production schedules are met, resources are properly allocated, and interruptions are resolved effectively.
  • Plan and coordinate production activities, providing direction and leadership to production team members.
  • Work with production and maintenance personnel to ensure proper utilization of equipment.
  • Lead focused improvement teams to drive improvements in quality, service, safety, and cost.
  • Develop, execute, and sustain operating procedures for the production line.
  • Track and analyze Key Performance Indicators and implement action plans to address gaps.
  • Act as a technical resource for operators to resolve minor equipment and production problems.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety policies, maintaining a safe production environment.
  • Maximize manpower utilization through effective cross-training and team development.


Pay Details: $80,000.00 to $90,000.00 per year
