Summary: Seeking a Sr. Controls Engineer with expertise in Emerson DeltaV and PLC-5 to ControlLogix conversions for industrial automation projects.

Job Requirements:

  • 3+ years of experience with DeltaV

  • Experience in PLC-5 to ControlLogix conversions

  • Supervisory or lead experience

Preferred Skills:

  • Knowledge of controller programming languages (Ladder, Sequential Function Chart, Structured Text)

  • Familiarity with standard programming languages (VBA, .NET, SQL, Python)

  • Project Management experience; PMP certification is a plus

  • In-depth understanding of PLC platforms (Rockwell Automation, Siemens, Modicon)

  • In-depth understanding of HMI/SCADA platforms (Servers, VM's, Networks, Rockwell Automation FactoryTalk and Plant Pax, Aveva System Platform and Edge, Inductive Automation Ignition, GE iFIX, Siemens Winn CC and TI Portal)

Job Responsibilities:

  • Deliver innovative automation solutions and design standards

  • Conceptualize, detail, and implement control systems for industrial processes and machinery

  • Develop control system architecture; select components; detail schematic diagrams and system documentation

  • Program controllers (PLC/DCS/Delta V) and process visualization (HMI/SCADA)

  • Develop databases for archiving/displaying historical system data

  • Implement/commission control systems at client facilities



Pay Details: $130,000.00 to $165,000.00 per year
