Chemist

Summary: Seeking Chemists to perform analytical testing, manage test samples, and maintain documentation in a QC lab environment.

Job Requirements:

• Associate's degree in Chemistry or related field; Bachelor's preferred

• Experience with HPLC testing

• Knowledge of Good Laboratory Practices and Good Documentation Practices

• Experience in a QC lab within Pharma or Food Processing is ideal

• Proficiency in Windows applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)

Preferred Skills:

• Experience in Food/Nutraceutical/Pharmaceutical manufacturing operation

Job Responsibilities:

• Perform analytical testing and report results for in-process and finished product testing

• Log test samples and maintain the test schedule

• Conduct stability testing, manage stability samples, and report findings

• Identify out-of-specification results and complete required documentation

• Manage retain/reserve sample management

• Perform equipment/instrument calibration, qualification, and validation as needed

• Assist with investigations, CAPA, and Change Controls

• Manage third-party laboratory activities

Additional Information:

• Permanent position with 20% duration increase potential

• No relocation assistance provided

• Shift: First shift for a 40-hour workweek

 

 

 

 

Pay Details: $24.00 to $29.00 per hour
