Job Summary: The Program Manager oversees projects from start to finish, ensuring they meet customer requirements. Responsibilities include managing budgets, schedules, and team coordination, while delivering R&D and New Product Development (NPD) projects. The role involves setting priorities, developing schedules, and leading personnel to achieve deadlines, milestones, and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage customer contracts, including complex systems and government projects.
  • Coordinate financial and engineering activities to meet financial and technical goals.
  • Ensure programs are completed on schedule and within budget in a matrix organization.
  • Address customer needs while achieving sales, gross margin, on-time delivery, and satisfaction targets.
  • Monitor project status, assess risks, and develop recovery plans.
  • Interact with customers and internal teams at various management levels, presenting technical information and gaining cooperation.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree (BS) required; Master's degree (MS/MBA) preferred in engineering or related technical field.
  • 6-10 years of Program Management experience.
  • PMI certification or equivalent preferred.


Pay Details: $110,000.00 to $125,000.00 per hour
