Summary: Seeking an Account Sales Manager to develop and manage a portfolio of local/regional accounts within the packaging industry.

Job Requirements:

  • 4-6 years in business-to-business outside sales, preferably in the printing/packaging industry

  • Experience selling to manufacturers in multiple industries

  • Valid Driver's license

  • Proven ability to achieve sales quotas

  • Willingness and ability to travel as necessary

Preferred Skills:

  • Excellent communication and presentation skills

  • Highly organized with the ability to shift priorities based on customer needs

  • Motivated to build excellent client relationships

Job Responsibilities:

  • Identify business opportunities by evaluating prospects in the industry

  • Research and analyze sales options

  • Establish contact and develop relationships with prospects; recommend solutions

  • Maintain relationships with clients by providing support, information, and guidance

  • Identify product improvements or new products by staying current on industry trends, market activities, and competitors

  • Learn new design innovations both graphic and structural

  • Understand customers' manufacturing processes as they relate to shipping containers

  • Negotiate terms for price increases and decreases

  • Maintain professional and technical knowledge through educational workshops, reviewing professional publications, establishing personal networks, and benchmarking state-of-the-art practices



Pay Details: $105,000.00 to $120,000.00 per year
