Summary:

  • Seeking a Test Engineer with a BS Degree in ME/EE or equivalent experience, along with over 5 years of test engineering experience, to develop and conduct tests on design parts/components to ensure compliance with design criteria, performance targets, and relevant standards.

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering (ME) or Electrical Engineering (EE).
  • Alternatively, 6 years of related experience may be substituted for the required degree.
  • Minimum of 5 years of test engineering experience, specializing in the required test and confirmation per the area of specialty.

Responsibilities:

  • Apply engineering principles and analysis tools to develop test plans and procedures for testing design parts/components in the area of specialty.
  • Determine design feasibility and ensure that parts/components meet design acceptance criteria, performance level targets, and any applicable regulatory/internal standards.
  • Create data settings, test specifications/standards, and test schedules.
  • Prepare and set up test equipment and conduct moderately complex tests.
  • Document and summarize test results and conclusions, verifying testing accuracy and thoroughness while identifying the need for additional testing.
  • Analyze and interpret test results, predicting performance or failure.
  • Provide required product/design data and identify issues, developing countermeasures.
  • Communicate test results clearly in written reports and formal presentations.
  • Propose design changes and recommend countermeasures based on analysis of testing results.


Pay Details: $90,000.00 to $125,000.00 PER YEAR
