Summary: Seeking a Capture Manager - Software Systems to lead business development efforts in the military UAS and Sustainment sectors.

  • Requirements:

    • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field; Master's preferred.
    • Minimum 7 years in business development with 5 years in campaign capture.
    • Experience in military aviation preferred.
    • Proficient in MS Office Suite.
    • Ability to obtain a U.S. security clearance.
  • Preferred Skills:

    • Experience selling and pricing software.
    • Sustainment experience.
    • Established industry relations, particularly in Huntsville, DC, or similar areas.
  • Responsibilities:

    • Develop and maintain relationships with military stakeholders for revenue generation.
    • Lead strategic campaigns for securing new contracts through market assessments and competitive analysis.
    • Create technical white papers and competitive proposals to drive new revenue.
    • Collaborate with UAS and Sustainment leaders to align business development with strategic goals.
    • Explore opportunities with commercial customers to broaden the revenue base.


Pay Details: $100.00 to $140.00 per hour
