Summary: Seeking experienced RF Engineers to lead and coordinate RF testing for space hardware projects.

Job Requirements:

  • B.S. in Mechanical, Electrical, or Aerospace Engineering, physics, mathematics, or related field

  • Minimum of 10+ years industry/related experience (Master's or PhD may substitute for 2 years)

  • Hands-on experience in space-related environments

  • Experience assembling/testing space hardware

  • Proficiency in writing test documentation and leading project stage-gate meetings

Preferred Skills:

  • Testing antennas/microwave communication systems

  • Background in composites design and manufacturing

  • Familiarity with NASA/SMC standards

  • CAD design and fabrication skills

  • Experience with structural/metrology test methods

  • Proficiency with manual/electronic test equipment

Job Responsibilities:

  • Develop/manage flight hardware test documents from concept to execution

  • Collaborate with Systems Engineering team to develop test requirements/methods

  • Interface with customers to negotiate test requirements and report progress

  • Represent test engineering at program milestones and reviews

  • Plan/perform RF performance/environmental testing of hardware

  • Improve in-house test capabilities and collaborate across business units

  • Lead team of test engineers on complex projects independently

Pay: 53-74

Pay Details: $53.00 to $74.00 per hour
