Summary: Seeking an Operations Manager for a Tier 1 automotive manufacturer to lead production teams, drive efficiency, and ensure compliance with industry standards.

  • Requirements:

    • At least 5 years of experience in a Tier One automotive manufacturing environment
    • Strong understanding of JIT manufacturing
    • Proficiency with TS 16949 / ISO 9001 standards
    • Minimum of 5 years supervisory experience

  • Preferred Skills:

    • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience

  • Responsibilities:

    • Develop and implement production and quality control standards
    • Plan, direct, and adjust production activities to meet demands
    • Analyze reports to identify improvement opportunities and support continuous improvement initiatives
    • Revise production schedules in response to operational challenges
    • Collaborate across departments for equipment modification and training development
    • Ensure safety compliance and support Environmental, Health, and Safety programs
    • Lead APS, 5S, LPA, and Safety audits


Pay Details: $120,000.00 to $140,000.00 per year
