Summary: Seeking an R&D Engineer to design, maintain, and improve magnet wire products and processes for electric vehicle applications.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field, preferably metallurgy, mechanical, or chemical disciplines.
  • Three years of product/process engineering experience.
  • Hands-on experience with production and lab equipment.

Preferred Skills:

  • Knowledge of magnet wire products and applications.
  • Strong emphasis on fluid mechanics and metallurgy.
  • Familiarity with project planning, management, and automotive product development practices (APQP).

Responsibilities:

  • Design and improve new or existing products/processes using engineering techniques.
  • Manage R&D assignments aligned with corporate initiatives and automotive strategies.
  • Support continuous improvement in design, testing practices, and manufacturing processes.


Pay Details: $90,000.00 to $110,000.00 per year
