Summary: Seeking a Robot Support Specialist to provide exceptional customer support and ensure smooth operations for users of advanced robotic technology in the sports industry.

Requirements:

  • Proficiency with Google Workspace and Microsoft Office tools
  • Foundational understanding of software automation and/or mechatronics
  • Ability to multitask effectively and manage multiple priorities

Preferred Skills:

  • Familiarity with the sports industry
  • Experience using CRM systems like Hubspot
  • Knowledge of troubleshooting tools such as Samsung Knox and TeamViewer

Responsibilities:

  • Respond promptly to customer requests for operational or technical support
  • Provide clear guidance and troubleshooting assistance to robot users
  • Maintain accurate support tickets documenting customer interactions
  • Update and manage customer records as needed
  • Assist in analyzing data to improve customer support operations


Pay Details: $20.00 to $28.00 per hour
