Mechanical Director
Summary: Seeking a Mechanical Director to lead the mechanical team in developing and implementing innovative solutions aligning with business goals.
Job Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field

7+ years of related working experience with prior management experience

Experience with AutoCad/SolidWorks and Microsoft Office

Understanding of manufacturing processes and field service
Preferred Skills:
- Ability to convey complex technical issues to non-technical persons
Job Responsibilities:

Direct the design and analysis of mechanical components and systems

Lead high-level design and development of new mechanical engineering initiatives

Develop policies for designing, developing, and testing mechanical systems

Review data to evaluate performance, reliability, and safety of systems

Oversee training programs, process improvements, and best practices

Collaborate with other departments on new products and projects
Pay Details: $100,000.00 to $140,000.00 per year
