Summary: Seeking a Mechanical Director to lead the mechanical team in developing and implementing innovative solutions aligning with business goals.

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field

  • 7+ years of related working experience with prior management experience

  • Experience with AutoCad/SolidWorks and Microsoft Office

  • Understanding of manufacturing processes and field service

Preferred Skills:

  • Ability to convey complex technical issues to non-technical persons

Job Responsibilities:

  • Direct the design and analysis of mechanical components and systems

  • Lead high-level design and development of new mechanical engineering initiatives

  • Develop policies for designing, developing, and testing mechanical systems

  • Review data to evaluate performance, reliability, and safety of systems

  • Oversee training programs, process improvements, and best practices

  • Collaborate with other departments on new products and projects

 

 

 

 



Pay Details: $100,000.00 to $140,000.00 per year
