Summary: Seeking a Business Development Representative to drive business growth by generating and nurturing leads for innovative sports field solutions.

Job Requirements:

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills

  • 0-2 years of experience in sales, business development, or similar roles

  • Proficiency in Google Workspace and Microsoft Office applications

  • Experience with CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce)

  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field

Job Responsibilities:

  • Build a pipeline of qualified leads by scheduling product demonstrations

  • Conduct outbound prospecting with 50+ calls daily

  • Follow up on inbound and outbound leads through calls, emails, and marketing campaigns

  • Work collaboratively with internal teams to identify sales opportunities

  • Lead and support lead-generation campaigns

  • Manage and update CRM records for assigned territory

  • Consistently achieve or exceed weekly and monthly KPIs



Pay Details: $50,000.00 to $53,000.00 per year
