Summary: Seeking a Production Supervisor responsible for supervising department employees, ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards, and maintaining equipment.

Job Requirements:

  • Minimum high school diploma or equivalent combination of education, experience, and training

  • Knowledge of equipment and processes within the department

  • Good written and oral communication skills

  • Ability to solve problems efficiently

Job Responsibilities:

  • Supervise all personnel and operations in the department

  • Maintain thorough knowledge of all processes and equipment

  • Report process and equipment problems to Maintenance Supervisor

  • Verify environmental discharges are within limits where applicable

  • Train, upgrade, evaluate, and review department employees

  • Coordinate with schedulers and other supervisors for smooth operations

  • Ensure adherence to policies, rules, regulations, and procedures for a safe working environment

  • Verify correct identification, quantities, and warehousing of products

  • Communicate with the next shift Supervisor

  • Ensure health and safety of employees by eliminating workplace hazards

  • Meet production quality and quantity standards on the shift

  • Complete all required reports

  • Troubleshoot problems and offer suggestions to avoid them

 

 

 

 



Pay Details: $56,000.00 to $60,000.00 per year
