Manufacturing Engineer
Summary: Seeking entry-level Manufacturing Engineers to support equipment implementation, improvement projects, and cost reduction initiatives.

Bachelor's degree in mechanical, electrical, industrial, or manufacturing engineering or equivalent work experience required

Responsibilities:

Coordinate implementation of new production equipment and operator training

Perform feasibility studies on cycle times vs tact times for capacity planning

Plan and implement equipment improvements by analyzing current production processes

Lead cost reduction projects and troubleshoot with Production Development Department

Create and maintain processes and equipment standards for prototype and production equipment procurement
-
Support cross-functional teams to develop equipment/process standards and achieve launch deliverables

Travel as required to manufacturing plants and equipment suppliers to support assigned issues
Pay Details: $60,000.00 to $75,000.00 per year
