Summary: Seeking entry-level Manufacturing Engineers to support equipment implementation, improvement projects, and cost reduction initiatives.

  • Bachelor's degree in mechanical, electrical, industrial, or manufacturing engineering or equivalent work experience required

  • Must be US Persons

Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate implementation of new production equipment and operator training

  • Perform feasibility studies on cycle times vs tact times for capacity planning

  • Plan and implement equipment improvements by analyzing current production processes

  • Lead cost reduction projects and troubleshoot with Production Development Department

  • Create and maintain processes and equipment standards for prototype and production equipment procurement

  • Support cross-functional teams to develop equipment/process standards and achieve launch deliverables

  • Travel as required to manufacturing plants and equipment suppliers to support assigned issues

 

 

 

 



Pay Details: $60,000.00 to $75,000.00 per year
