Summary: Seeking a Maintenance Supervisor with expertise in building maintenance, safety standards, and equipment management.

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in related field preferred or equivalent combination of education, experience, and training

  • Two years of experience in all aspects of building maintenance

  • Knowledge of maintenance methods and equipment

  • Computer literacy

  • Experience in estimating maintenance and repair costs

Preferred Skills:

  • Ability to lead a multi-task team

  • Strong leadership and interpersonal communication skills

  • Good verbal and written communication skills

Job Responsibilities:

  • Ensure high safety standards at facilities

  • Familiarity with plant's fire protection system and coordinate with Safety department on inspections

  • Arrange internal safety inspections and follow up on deficiencies

  • Participate in company's safety committee as Maintenance representative

  • Maintain facilities and grounds according to regulations and standards

  • Develop site-specific maintenance logs for each facility

  • Conduct quarterly maintenance inspections with relevant supervisors or managers

  • Provide summaries of maintenance recommendations to managers

  • Evaluate long-term needs for major projects and property improvements

  • Coordinate corrective and preventive maintenance activities

  • Ensure major equipment is maintained or replaced as needed

  • Develop equipment records for Maintenance Logs

  • Establish procedures for timely repairs of frequently used equipment

  • Secure bids for major equipment purchases when necessary

  • Arrange training for personnel on safety and maintenance needs

  • Provide staff training on various safety and maintenance topics

  • Coordinate annual fire safety training with the Safety Director

  • Participate in relevant training opportunities and seminars

    • Contribute to annual budget preparation related to safety and maintenance



Pay Details: $65,000.00 to $75,000.00 per year
