Sales Engineer
Summary: Seeking a Sales Engineer with expertise in foundry processes, capital equipment, and territory management for solution selling in the foundry industry.
Job Requirements:
Experience with foundry processes and capital equipment
Bachelor's degree in business administration or a technical degree in foundry or engineering disciplines
Strong presentation skills to convey product value
High-level organizational skills for maintaining sales territory
Preferred Skills:
Ability to relate technical information to non-technical individuals
Self-confidence to support persuasion and sales efforts
Job Responsibilities:
Develop sales and customer accounts within a defined territory
Leverage network of indirect outside sales reps to achieve goals
Establish customer rapport and acceptance
Recommend new and improved products for cost-effectiveness
Conduct technical presentations explaining products and services
Generate high-quality sales leads, follow up, secure orders, negotiate prices, complete sales
Gather system requirements and customer needs to assemble offerings
Develop formal sales proposals using company templates
Work with customers and internal engineering team to meet system requirements
Assist customers with current products, recommend improvements or upgrades
Log client requests, RFQ progress, and feedback within CRM system
Identify areas for improvement and communicate solutions to upper management
Help set and achieve sales goals and quotas
Train on the technical aspects of company's products and services
Travel approximately 25-35% per year including 3 days in main office per quarter
Pay Details: $85,000.00 to $100,000.00 per year
