Summary: Seeking a Sales Engineer with expertise in foundry processes, capital equipment, and territory management for solution selling in the foundry industry.

Job Requirements:

  • Experience with foundry processes and capital equipment

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration or a technical degree in foundry or engineering disciplines

  • Strong presentation skills to convey product value

  • High-level organizational skills for maintaining sales territory

Preferred Skills:

  • Ability to relate technical information to non-technical individuals

  • Self-confidence to support persuasion and sales efforts

Job Responsibilities:

  • Develop sales and customer accounts within a defined territory

  • Leverage network of indirect outside sales reps to achieve goals

  • Establish customer rapport and acceptance

  • Recommend new and improved products for cost-effectiveness

  • Conduct technical presentations explaining products and services

  • Generate high-quality sales leads, follow up, secure orders, negotiate prices, complete sales

  • Gather system requirements and customer needs to assemble offerings

  • Develop formal sales proposals using company templates

  • Work with customers and internal engineering team to meet system requirements

  • Assist customers with current products, recommend improvements or upgrades

  • Log client requests, RFQ progress, and feedback within CRM system

  • Identify areas for improvement and communicate solutions to upper management

  • Help set and achieve sales goals and quotas

  • Train on the technical aspects of company's products and services

  • Travel approximately 25-35% per year including 3 days in main office per quarter



Pay Details: $85,000.00 to $100,000.00 per year
