Summary: Seeking a Service Account Manager to oversee field service technicians, manage service delivery for a customer portfolio, and ensure smooth operations.

Job Requirements:

  • Post-secondary degree in Engineering, Business, or equivalent experience.

  • Minimum 5 years in services or sales, preferably in industrial/engineering/automation.

  • Familiarity with automation, robotics, mechanical/electrical/software systems.

  • Knowledge of service business principles, especially in the tire industry and grocery retail.

  • Ability to identify sales opportunities.

  • Technical proficiency in Microsoft Suite and AutoCAD.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience in project management.

  • Familiarity with IFS Control System.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and lead 10 direct reports of field service technicians.

  • Assign tasks, manage scheduling, and provide coaching and performance reviews.

  • Build strong customer relationships and address service issues as the primary contact for designated customers.

  • Plan and schedule service activities such as maintenance, repairs, and installations.

  • Track KPIs including service response times, productivity, and satisfaction; provide updates and identify improvement areas.

  • Assist in managing the field service budget and monitor operational expenses.



Pay Details: $115,000.00 to $120,000.00 per year
