Summary: Seeking an Integration Manager with expertise in defect management and process transfer technology for the semiconductor industry.

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor's, Master's, or PhD in engineering or related field

  • 5+ years of experience in defect engineering or quality management within the semiconductor industry

  • Direct experience with defect metrology tools (Brightfield, Darkfield, Low Angle Laser Scattering)

  • Familiarity with detection tools (SEM review, EDX)

  • Knowledge of root cause analysis tools (Six Sigma, 8D, FMEA)

Preferred Skills:

  • Analog semiconductor experience

Job Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage teams to improve yield on production lines

  • Manage communication between customers and vendors

  • Focus on existing processes rather than developing new technology



Pay Details: $160,000.00 to $190,000.00 per year
