Summary: Seeking a Clinical Site Manager with extensive clinical engineering leadership experience to manage a diverse team at a busy hospital facility.

Job Requirements:

  • 7+ years of clinical engineering leadership experience

  • Bachelor's degree in electronics, engineering, or a related technological field

  • Valid driver's license

Preferred Skills:

  • Technical certifications such as A+, CBET, CRES, CLES, or CCE

  • Hospital leadership experience, particularly in biomed leadership

  • Military background is a plus

Job Responsibilities:

  • Manage a team of 22 (including biomed, imaging, and lab services technicians)

  • Supervise one subordinate supervisor overseeing three biomed techs managing local medical offices

  • Ensure efficient operations at Sentara Norfolk General Hospital



Pay Details: $100.00 to $120.00 per hour
