PLC Maintenance Tech
Summary: Seeking a PLC Maintenance Specialist with expertise in mechanical and electrical maintenance for automation machines, specializing in Siemens, Rockwell, and Allen Bradley PLC controllers.
Requirements:
- 5+ years as a maintenance mechanic in a manufacturing environment
- Experience with PLC controls and troubleshooting electronics (12VDC-460 VAC)
- Knowledge of hydraulics, pneumatics, motor starters, and pumps
- Strong mechanical aptitude
Preferred Skills:
- Hands-on experience with Siemens, Rockwell, and Allen Bradley PLC controllers
- Ability to troubleshoot vision systems or barcode scanners
- Familiarity with ABB, Motoman, Fanuc, Universal robots
- Understanding of VFDs (Variable Frequency Drives) and Servo Drives
Responsibilities:
- Maintain and service mechanical equipment machinery and components
- Install, maintain, and repair industrial assembly equipment including pneumatic, hydraulic, and electrical systems
- Troubleshoot issues physically and electronically via PLC or program investigation
- Perform skilled repairs of mechanical, electrical building systems and equipment
- Conduct periodic inspections to evaluate requests for repair
Pay Details: $37.00 to $48.00 per hour
