Summary: Seeking a PLC Maintenance Specialist with expertise in mechanical and electrical maintenance for automation machines, specializing in Siemens, Rockwell, and Allen Bradley PLC controllers.

  • Requirements:

    • 5+ years as a maintenance mechanic in a manufacturing environment
    • Experience with PLC controls and troubleshooting electronics (12VDC-460 VAC)
    • Knowledge of hydraulics, pneumatics, motor starters, and pumps
    • Strong mechanical aptitude

  • Preferred Skills:

    • Hands-on experience with Siemens, Rockwell, and Allen Bradley PLC controllers
    • Ability to troubleshoot vision systems or barcode scanners
    • Familiarity with ABB, Motoman, Fanuc, Universal robots
    • Understanding of VFDs (Variable Frequency Drives) and Servo Drives

  • Responsibilities:

    • Maintain and service mechanical equipment machinery and components
    • Install, maintain, and repair industrial assembly equipment including pneumatic, hydraulic, and electrical systems
    • Troubleshoot issues physically and electronically via PLC or program investigation
    • Perform skilled repairs of mechanical, electrical building systems and equipment
    • Conduct periodic inspections to evaluate requests for repair


Pay Details: $37.00 to $48.00 per hour
