Summary: Seeking a CMM Programmer/Quality Inspector experienced in aerospace machining with proficiency in PCDMIS software for inspection of high-value, complex parts.

Job Requirements:

  • Experience with CMM (PCDMIS) on the aero-engine shop floor
  • Ability to program CMMs in PCDMIS software
  • ITAR work regulations compliance

Preferred Skills:

  • Proficiency with a variety of mechanical and computerized inspection equipment
  • Knowledge of statistical techniques for process improvement

Job Responsibilities:

  • Develop and modify inspection processes for raw materials and secondary operations
  • Inspect complex parts using mechanical and computerized equipment
  • Document inspection methods clearly and accurately
  • Identify alternative inspection techniques to validate results
  • Write and update incoming inspection methods
  • Set up incoming inspection instructions for new parts with engineers/programmers
  • Determine disposition of rejected material and communicate supplier quality issues


Pay Details: $50.00 to $55.00 per hour
