Manufacturing Process Engineer (CNC)
Summary: Seeking a Manufacturing Process Engineer with expertise in CNC operations for aerospace projects, focusing on program integration, technical development, and quality assurance.
Job Requirements:
- MRB experience from a CNC aerospace machine shop
- Proficiency in FMEA, process flow diagrams, and GD&T
- Experience with CMM machine inspections
- Proficiency in Creo and/or Solidworks
- Four-year degree in engineering or technical discipline or equivalent experience
- Minimum ten years of relevant experience
Preferred Skills:
- Special processing knowledge (heat treat, anodize, plating)
- Expertise in machining theory and verification techniques
- Financial management skills including cost/benefit analysis
- Advanced Excel skills
Job Responsibilities:
- Lead cross-functional teams for project development and implementation within budget and time constraints
- Coordinate technical development processes and aggregate manufacturing planning to create an executable MRP schedule
- Design parts or fixtures using CAD/CAM drawings; manage CMM operations
- Specify materials and outside processes appropriately
- Maintain status reports on programs; monitor performance, schedules, financials
- Conduct or attend meetings to report progress and identify risks
- Engage with customers technically; travel to customer/vendor locations as needed
Pay Details: $120,000.00 to $130,000.00 per year
