CMM Programmer / Quality Inspection
Summary: Seeking a CMM Programmer/Quality Inspector to develop and modify inspection processes ensuring conformance to specifications, with proficiency in various inspection equipment and strong CMM knowledge.

Develop and modify inspection processes for raw material and secondary operations

Inspect high value, complex, tightly tolerance parts using mechanical and computerized equipment

Document inspection methods clearly

Identify and use alternative inspection techniques

Utilize statistical techniques for process improvement

Write and update incoming inspection methods

Collaborate with engineers to setup inspection instructions for new parts

Determine proper disposition of rejected material

Communicate supplier quality issues and track corrective actions
Preferred Skills:

Knowledge of Word Processing software; Spreadsheet software

Ability to program CMMs, preferably using Zeiss CMM with Calypso software
Pay Details: $70,000.00 to $90,000.00 per year
