Summary: Seeking a CNC Programmer/Machinist with extensive experience in programming, machining, and operating various manual and CNC machines.

  • Requirements:

    • 5+ years of CNC programming experience in Master Cam and CIMCO for 4 and 5 axis machines.
    • Ability to set-up and operate manual and CNC milling, lathes, and OD-ID grinders with minimal supervision.
    • Familiarity with machinist hand tools and precision measuring instruments.
    • Experience making standard shop computations relating to dimensions, tooling, feeds, and speeds.
    • Ability to set-up and use all standard measuring instruments.
    • ITAR work regulations required.

  • Preferred Skills:

    • Manual G code and post processing experience.

  • Responsibilities:

    • Support operators to meet production deadlines by providing input on manufacturing schedules and procedures.
    • Instruct and train on machining set-ups and operating principles.

 

 

 

 



Pay Details: $55.00 to $60.00 per hour
