Summary: Seeking a Manufacturing Engineer with experience in aerospace machining for shop floor operations and process documentation.

  • Requirements:

    • Experience on the shop floor working with machining
    • Experience writing process and operations sheets for programmers
    • Proficiency in PFMEA (Process Failure Mode Effects Analysis)
    • Knowledge of BOM (Bill of Materials)
    • Aerospace machining background, particularly with turbine machined parts such as Blisks, vanes, impellers for gas turbine engines
    • Experience with manufacturing metals like titanium and some aluminum

  • Preferred Skills:

    • Familiarity with companies like Rolls Royce, Pratt & Whitney, GKN, Heico, Chromalloy

  • Responsibilities:

    • Involvement in new product introduction by transferring blades from another plant

 

 

 

 



Pay Details: $100,000.00 to $120,000.00 per year
