Summary: Seeking a CNC Programmer with expertise in 5-axis CNC programming, operation, and inspection for high-precision machining tasks.

Job Requirements:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience as a CNC machining programmer

  • Proficiency in 5-axis CNC programming and operation

  • Experience with CMM inspection

  • Strong understanding of machining principles, tooling, and materials

  • Proficient with GD&T ASME Y1

4.5 (1994, 2009, and 2018) requirements

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience with composites

  • Familiarity with CAD/CAM software (e.g., Mastercam, SolidWorks)

Job Responsibilities:

  • Develop efficient CNC programs for 5-axis machining operations

  • Set up and operate CNC machines to produce high-quality precision components

  • Inspect machined parts using machine probes and manual measurements for Quality Assurance

  • Lead the CNC work center to ensure efficient operation and adherence to quality standards

  • Provide technical support and troubleshooting to minimize downtime



Pay Details: $50.00 to $55.00 per hour
