HR Admin
Summary: Seeking an HR Admin responsible for full life-cycle recruiting, employee onboarding, and HR support in a manufacturing setting.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree required; preferred in Human Resources or Business Management
- 3+ years of experience in full life-cycle recruiting
- Experience as an HR professional within a manufacturing setting preferred
- US Citizen only
Preferred Skills:
- Master's degree with relevant work experience
- Hybrid role expertise in recruiting and HR
Responsibilities:
- Manage full life-cycle recruiting for various roles
- Implement strong sourcing strategies to find high-caliber candidates
- Prepare job postings and determine recruitment strategies with hiring managers
- Conduct interviews using reliable selection tools
- Develop talent pipelines for frequently filled positions
- Lead Affirmative Action and Diversity initiatives
- Conduct employee onboarding and organize training initiatives
- Support employees with HR-related topics like leaves and compensation
- Gather and analyze data on HR metrics such as time to hire and turnover rates
Pay Details: $20.00 to $23.00 per hour
