Summary: Seeking a Sr. Microbiology Manager with extensive QC and microbiology management experience for overseeing Quality Control laboratories and ensuring compliance with regulatory standards.

  • Requirements:

    • BS Degree
    • 10-15 years of QC or microbiology experience plus management experience
    • Aseptic GMP experience

  • Preferred Skills:

    • Expertise in analytical analysis techniques and statistical quality control
    • Working knowledge of regulatory requirements (FDA, EU, ISO, USP)
    • Background in analytical method validation work
    • Proficiency in relevant software packages for data processing and analysis

  • Responsibilities:

    • Manage Quality Control laboratories for Microbiology/Environmental Monitoring
    • Ensure all necessary testing is carried out and approve specifications, sampling instructions, test methods, and procedures
    • Approve and monitor contract testing laboratories for compliance and results
    • Ensure validations/qualifications are completed and approved
    • Evaluate laboratory records before submission to QA department
    • Foster team accountability, transparency, and compliance with policies and regulations


Pay Details: $100,000.00 to $120,000.00 per year
