Summary: Seeking a Senior Controls Engineer to develop and troubleshoot PLC systems, focusing on Servo motors and safety sensors.

  • Requirements:

    • 5+ years' experience with PLCs, Allen-Bradley, and Ladder Logic
    • Proficiency in troubleshooting and writing code
    • Willingness to travel 10-25% with expenses paid

  • Preferred Skills:

    • Expertise in controls engineering, PLC programming, and electrical design

  • Responsibilities:

    • Develop new products featuring Servo motors and safety proc sensors
    • Modify, troubleshoot, and repair Allen-Bradley and Siemens PLCs and HMIs
    • Perform hands-on controls troubleshooting of PLCs and equipment
    • Collaborate across departments to ensure project timeliness and budget adherence
    • Assist in building complex automated systems
    • Monitor system effectiveness; provide support for new machine builds and on-site machinery repair


Pay Details: $40.00 to $60.00 per hour
