Summary: Seeking an RS Aircraft Painter II to perform aircraft preparation, painting, and detailing while ensuring compliance with quality specifications.

Requirements:

  • High School Diploma or GED
  • 2 years in related paint processes
  • Valid Driver's License
  • Ability to read and interpret blueprints and engineering documentation
  • Able to pass Pulmonary Function Test for respirator certification
  • Working knowledge of paint processes and products

Preferred Skills:

  • Aircraft industry experience

Responsibilities:

  • Perform aircraft preparation, painting, and detailing under minimal supervision
  • Coordinate with supervision and inspection for compliance with paperwork and specifications
  • Maintain shop equipment and tools properly
  • Follow procedures when using chemicals and use protective equipment as required
  • Comply with safety rules and address unsafe conditions
  • Use material tracking system for parts demand, track squawks, and sign-off work
  • Assist with aircraft movement in hangars
  • Participate in continuous improvement activities


Pay Details: $20.00 to $26.00 per hour
