Summary: Seeking a Senior Plant Manager with automotive experience to oversee plant operations, quality, and safety standards.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 5 years plant manager experience
  • Automotive plant management experience
  • US Citizenship required
  • Experience with lean principles, kaizen, six sigma

Preferred Skills:

  • Significant experience in managing complex manufacturing operations
  • Powertrain or die casting experience

Responsibilities:

  • Manage all plant operations including production, maintenance, and quality
  • Develop and implement company procedures and policies
  • Coordinate activities through departmental managers for timely objectives
  • Establish and monitor production and quality standards
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations and OSHA requirements


Pay Details: $180,000.00 to $200,000.00 per year
