Summary: Seeking a Software Specialist III for deskside support and technical issue resolution in a government environment.

Requirements:

  • High School diploma with 5+ years of relevant experience
  • Current Secret clearance and ability to maintain it
  • Experience providing IT (Tier II) support in a Windows office environment
  • Proficiency with an ITSM ticketing system
  • Experience with Department of Justice components

Responsibilities:

  • Provide deskside support for dispatched tickets and on-site user issues
  • Perform break/fix support for end-user computer devices
  • Install specialty software not packaged in SCCM
  • Remove devices from the network as directed by Security
  • Diagnose and resolve printer issues, including toner installation


Pay Details: $30.00 to $40.00 per hour
