Sr Salesforce Developer/Architect (37847)
Summary: Seeking a Sr Salesforce Developer/Architect to lead development activities, ensure project quality, and drive Salesforce initiatives in alignment with organizational goals.
Bachelor's Degree in I.T. or related field with 8+ years of experience; Master's degree with 6+ years (or equivalent experience)
Ability to obtain Public Trust Security clearance
Strong understanding of Salesforce data model and best practices
Proficiency in Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Component framework, Managed Packages
Experience in web application development (JavaScript, CSS, HTML5)
Lightning Component development and Design System framework experience
Familiarity with declarative Force.com tools (Process Builder, Visual Workflow)
Preferred Skills:
Salesforce Platform Developer II certification
App Builder and Administration certifications
Responsibilities:
Manage agile team development activities and mentor staff
Collaborate with stakeholders to align Salesforce initiatives with organizational goals
Perform technical Salesforce development and implementations
Analyze business requirements for customized solutions on Salesforce platform
Configure and maintain Salesforce components and implement best practices
Provide support from design through deployment and post-delivery assistance
Pay Details: $70.00 to $85.00 per hour
