Summary: Seeking a Sr Salesforce Developer/Architect to lead development activities, ensure project quality, and drive Salesforce initiatives in alignment with organizational goals.

  • Bachelor's Degree in I.T. or related field with 8+ years of experience; Master's degree with 6+ years (or equivalent experience)

  • Ability to obtain Public Trust Security clearance

  • Strong understanding of Salesforce data model and best practices

  • Proficiency in Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Component framework, Managed Packages

  • Experience in web application development (JavaScript, CSS, HTML5)

  • Lightning Component development and Design System framework experience

  • Familiarity with declarative Force.com tools (Process Builder, Visual Workflow)

Preferred Skills:

  • Salesforce Platform Developer II certification

  • App Builder and Administration certifications

Responsibilities:

  • Manage agile team development activities and mentor staff

  • Collaborate with stakeholders to align Salesforce initiatives with organizational goals

  • Perform technical Salesforce development and implementations

  • Analyze business requirements for customized solutions on Salesforce platform

  • Configure and maintain Salesforce components and implement best practices

  • Provide support from design through deployment and post-delivery assistance



Pay Details: $70.00 to $85.00 per hour
