Summary: Seeking a Senior Controls Engineer to develop, troubleshoot, and repair PLC systems with a focus on Servo motors and safety sensors.

  • Requirements:

    • 5+ years experience with PLCs, Allen-Bradley, and Ladder Logic
    • Proficiency in PLC programming and electrical design
    • Ability to write code and troubleshoot systems
    • Willingness to travel 10-25%, with expenses paid

  • Preferred Skills:

    • Experience with Siemens PLCs and HMIs

  • Responsibilities:

    • Develop new products featuring Servo motors and safety sensors
    • Modify, troubleshoot, and repair PLC code for Allen-Bradley and Siemens systems
    • Perform hands-on controls troubleshooting of PLCs and equipment
    • Collaborate across departments to ensure timely project completion within budget
    • Assist in building complex automated systems
    • Monitor system effectiveness
    • Provide troubleshooting support for new machine builds
    • Repair machinery on-site


Pay Details: $40.00 to $60.00 per hour
