Cabinet Maker I - 2nd Shift
Summary: Seeking a Cabinet Maker I for the 2nd shift to develop technical skills in aircraft cabinetmaking and assist with furniture preparation.
Requirements:
- High School Diploma or GED required
- Experience in woodworking, wood finishing, or auto body & painting in a technical environment preferred
- Completion of Technical Certificate in cabinet making or youth apprenticeship program preferred
- Computer literacy required
Responsibilities:
- Learn entry-level technical skills and regulatory requirements for aircraft cabinetmaking
- Develop proficiency using design/engineering drawings, tools, and materials like laminates and veneers
- Utilize material tracking system for parts demand and work completion sign-off
- Comply with safety, 5S, and housekeeping policies; use personal protective equipment
- Assist in developing and implementing related initiatives
Pay Details: $18.00 to $21.00 per hour
