Summary: Seeking a Quality Assurance Specialist with expertise in AS9100 Quality Systems, audits, and technical inspections.

  • Requirements:

    • 5-7 years of experience in quality assurance.
    • Experience with AS9100 Quality Systems and audit performance.
    • Strong understanding of Quality Engineering principles.
    • Experience in root cause analysis and non-conformance reporting.
    • Proficiency in preparing First Article Inspection reports and performing inspections.
    • Knowledge of measurement instruments such as calipers, gage blocks, and height gages.
    • Ability to coordinate calibration of test equipment and fixtures.
    • Capability to review and document audits effectively.
    • Proficiency in blueprint reading.
    • CMM operation skills; PC-DMIS programming is a plus.
    • Technical degree or equivalent.
  • Responsibilities:

    • Conduct audits according to AS9100 standards.
    • Perform root cause analysis and generate non-conformance reports.
    • Prepare First Article Inspection reports and conduct necessary inspections.
    • Ensure calibration of all test equipment and fixtures is coordinated properly.
    • Participate in the development or revision of SOPs for inspection functions.


Pay Details: $30.00 to $32.00 per hour
