Tax Manager

Summary: Seeking a Tax Manager with expertise in income tax compliance and accounting for large, publicly traded corporations.

• Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or related field

  • 5+ years of experience in income tax compliance for large, consolidated corporations

  • Experience with income tax accounting reporting under ASC 740

• Preferred Skills:

  • CPA certification

  • Master of Business in Taxation

  • Familiarity with OneSource Tax Provision Software, Longview Tax Provision Software CorpTax, and Sage Fixed Assets

  • Ability to write tax position papers and technical memos

• Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and complete federal and state income tax returns and reports

  • Assist in the preparation and review of federal and state income tax returns and payment computations

  • Support corporate income tax provision process for US GAAP/SEC reporting compliance as required by ASC 740

  • Assist with federal and state income tax audits as necessary

Pay: 100K-140K

Pay Details: $100,000.00 to $140,000.00 per year
