Systems Engineer
Summary: Seeking a Systems Engineer to develop and optimize diagnostics and testability designs for complex weapons systems using model-based techniques.
Requirements:
- BS degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent with 8+ years of related experience
- Experience with MIL-HDBK-2165 testability program activities
- Experience managing small teams, including plans, schedules, and budgets
- Familiarity with system architecture development
- Familiarity with diagnostics modeling tools such as eXpress and Cameo
- Familiarity with software development, testing activities, and programming languages
- Familiarity with fault tree analysis
- Ability to read electrical schematics and logic diagrams
- Experience with complex military systems
- Familiarity with Model-Based Systems Engineering (MBSE) methods
Responsibilities:
- Develop and optimize diagnostics and testability designs for complex weapons systems
- Develop diagnostics strategies, testing, and analysis methods in a dynamic environment
- Interface with suppliers, subcontractors, and customers for system-level integration solutions
- Provide cost-effective capabilities to detect and isolate faults in systems and equipment
- Conduct subsystem/system integration design reviews internally/externally
- Prepare presentation materials for senior management/internal/external customers
- Perform project management activities including managing plans, schedules, budgets
Pay Details: $40.00 to $60.00 per hour
