Summary: Seeking a Lead Assembler with expertise in advanced assembly functions, soldering, and process improvement within defense and intelligence systems.

  • Requirements:

    • US Citizenship with ability to obtain DoD Secret Clearance
    • High school diploma with 8+ years of experience or AS Degree with 6+ years
    • Soldering experience required

  • Preferred Skills:

    • Soldering Certifications
    • Experience in LEAN Events or "Six S" activities
    • Ability to interpret blueprints and Process Flow Instructions

  • Responsibilities:

    • Lead team, train lower-level assembly specialists
    • Perform advanced assembly tasks including mechanical, harness, cable, PCB sub-assemblies
    • Conduct soldering and component installation per contract specifications
    • Collaborate with Engineering, Purchasing, Manufacturing, Quality, and Sales departments
    • Focus on continuous improvement to meet schedule and budget commitments


Pay Details: $29.00 to $32.00 per hour
