Responsible for managing manufacturing projects from concept through deployment, including scope, schedule, budget, risk mitigation, and continuous improvement initiatives.


Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution.
  • 5-7 years of project management experience within a manufacturing environment.
  • Strong understanding of project management principles and practices.
  • Experience managing manufacturing projects from concept through deployment.
  • Proficiency in defining project scopes, schedules, and budgets.
  • Experience in risk management and mitigation strategies.
  • Vendor management experience, including coordination and oversight.

Preferred Skills:

  • Familiarity with continuous improvement initiatives in manufacturing processes.
  • Experience with project documentation, including maintaining and updating records throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Knowledge of risk analysis and strategies to minimize project issues.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Define project scopes, schedules, budgets, and risk mitigation strategies for manufacturing projects.
  • Manage all phases of manufacturing projects, ensuring on-time and within-budget completion.
  • Develop and execute plans to monitor and track project progress.
  • Coordinate with vendors and internal teams to ensure project deliverables are met.
  • Conduct risk assessments and implement strategies to minimize potential issues.
  • Create and maintain detailed project documentation throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives to optimize project outcomes.
  • Ensure project scope, quality standards, and risk assessments are maintained throughout execution.


Pay Details: $43.00 to $47.00 per hour
