Summary: Seeking an Electrical Engineering Manager to lead a team in designing and improving electronic systems for defense and intelligence products.

  • Requirements:

    • Bachelor's degree in engineering or related technical field
    • Minimum of 5 years of experience
    • Ability to lead experienced engineers
    • Experience with customer funded programs and IRAD
  • Preferred Skills:

    • EE background: Experience in digital hardware design, interfaces, and architectures
    • EE background: FPGA/VHDL development experience is a plus
    • Experience with CCA and PCB development is a plus
    • ME background: Experience in Ansys Analysis is a plus
    • ME background: Knowledge of Mechanical Design using Inventor is a plus
  • Responsibilities:

    • Oversee and guide a team to meet goals, manage performance, and foster positive work environment
    • Design, develop, and improve electronic systems or mechanical components/systems based on background
    • Manage budget, cost, and schedule input for design assignments
    • Drive program design to cost and design for manufacture requirements
    • Support organization's mission, values, and culture


Pay Details: $150,000.00 to $190,000.00 per year
