Summary: Seeking a Project Engineer specializing in electrification to design and integrate high voltage electrical systems for automotive applications.

  • Requirements:

    • Bachelor's degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering with an electrical background.
    • Experience with high voltage electrical powertrain architectures.
    • Familiarity with programming languages and controls software.
    • Knowledge of Controller Area Network (CAN)/SAE J1939 protocol.
    • Automotive High Voltage Training/Certification(s).

  • Preferred Skills:

    • Expertise in battery chemistry, power converters, motor drives, and high voltage power distribution.
    • Power Electronics and Machines integration design experience.
    • Energy Storage system integration design experience.

  • Responsibilities:

    • Develop specification development, integration, verification, and validation test plans for electro-mechanical systems.
    • Design and validate documentation for system integration and component selection.
    • Conduct quarterly travel for site visits to Oshkosh Corp facilities.


Pay Details: $60.00 to $70.00 per hour
