Summary: Seeking a Manufacturing Process Engineer with expertise in nonwoven materials to enhance process control, cost, quality, and efficiency.

  • Requirements:

    • BS degree in Engineering
    • 5-7 years of Manufacturing Process Engineering experience
    • Experience with nonwoven materials (fibers, films, adhesives, metals)
    • Strong Design of Experiments experience and statistical analysis

  • Responsibilities:

    • Suggest changes to manufacturing processes to improve efficiency
    • Work with production to resolve processing issues
    • Collaborate with QC to review customer claims
    • Coordinate plant trials and analyze data
    • Create reports and visuals to communicate trends and correct quality issues
    • Assist in the purchase of equipment


Pay Details: $43.00 to $47.00 per hour
