Summary: Seeking a Quality Manager to oversee quality assurance and improvement processes in technical textile manufacturing.

  • Requirements:

    • Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Scientific Discipline
    • Experience with customer audits and ISO 9001 internal auditing
    • Ability to conduct site visits to customers, suppliers, and sub-contractors
    • Experience in developing SPC tools and reporting for manufacturing
    • Oversight of QA systems including PCR's, Calibration, and CAR's
    • Direct employees in the Quality department

  • Preferred Skills:

    • Black Belt in Lean Six Sigma
    • AS9100 Lead Auditor certification
    • ISO 9001:2015 Lead Auditor certification
    • Aerospace industry experience (2-3 years)

  • Responsibilities:

    • Manage quality assurance teams at the site
    • Collaborate with production areas to meet requirements
    • Develop KPIs and SPCs for manufacturing
    • Oversee customer claims and corrective actions
    • Present KPI metrics related to quality at monthly meetings


Pay Details: $100,000.00 to $110,000.00 per year
